Productivity Boost: How to start your day at 5:00 AM

Some people would rather wake up at 10:00 AM than be successful. But we all go through phases where you want to get things done other than your 9-5, and early mornings are the best option. I'm waking up at 5 AM now (trying to move it a minute each day closer to 4:30), and I feel great. Of course, I did go to bed at 8 PM last night.
