New Hope for a New Mideast Peace Plan

Almost six years after the Bush Administration suggested that President Clinton was "too involved" and trying to establish a peaceful resolution to the Palestinian/Israeli conflict, superpowers Spain, France and Italy hope to pick up where peace left off.
